ABSTRACT:
Niosomes are non-ionic surfactant Vesicles Obtained by hydrating mixture of Cholesterol and non-ionic Surfactant. It has a in cancer formulation, Vaccine to bind the covering of folate receptor. It can be used as carriers of amphiphilic and lipophilic drug. Also, Niosomes are used for the targeting of drugs. There are many types of niosomes preparations such as Proniosome, Nanoniosomes.
